We review your brief, existing drawings, markups, standards, and deliverables, and confirm scope and open questions before we start.

We set up the project in your templates or ours: sheet index, layers and standards, file structure, and naming conventions. We can adapt our system to yours as needed.

Design & Production
Our team produces the plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules for your set, to your standards, coordinating with your consultants as the work progresses.

Quality Control
Before anything reaches you, our project coordinator checks the set for CD conventions, coordination, sheet organization, and against your brief. Your comments and consultant markups are then incorporated.

Final Delivery
You receive a set ready for your internal review and stamping workflow. Professional stamping is available as an optional add-on for clients without an in-house licensed architect. Permit submission support is available if you need it.

Questions we hear before the first project.
Do you replace our architect?
No. We work as an embedded extension of your team — supporting production, coordination, estimates, and permitting under your direction and to your standards. We do not replace your licensed architect or engineer; professional stamping is available as an optional add-on for clients without an in-house licensed architect.
How is quality controlled?
Before any deliverable reaches you, our project coordinator reviews every set for CD conventions, coordination, sheet organization, and against your brief. QC is a step in the pipeline, not an upsell.
Can we start with a single project?
Yes. Most firms start with one project, so their team can see how we work inside their standards. From there, we become part of the team: the same people on every project, reporting to your project lead.
What information do you need to start?
A project brief with scope of work, discipline, set level (permit / construction / bid), approx. timeline, and project area — plus any available existing drawings, site information, and office standards you'd like us to follow.
Do you work with our office CAD/BIM standards?
Yes. If you provide templates, layer conventions, and a keynote system, we produce to your standards and deliver every file in them. If you don't have established standards, that's nothing to worry about — we maintain our own fully developed templates, proven across every project type, and deliver complete, editable files either way.
